KIWI: The flightless bird opened in Asia toward the middle of yesterday's
$0.6852 to $0.6908 range, where modest US dollar strength was the theme in
European and US markets. There was no reaction to the Global Dairy Auction,
where Whole Milk Powder prices rose by 1.7% and the overall product index rose
by 0.4%. There is no local economic data, but cross flows are expected following
Australia's Q3 GDP release. Hourly resistance is seen just above $0.6900, while
yesterday's base at $0.6852 provides support. Kiwi was last at $0.6878.
