morning trade compared to Wednesday's close with markets once again watching the
movements in the equity markets. While French industrial production increased
more than expected in December. Looking ahead there is little further EMU data
released however, ECB Nowotny is due to speak this morning. MNI PINCH see a 31%
chance of a 10bp hike in Dec down from 32.5% seen yesterday, 1y/1y Eonia 0.6bp
lower at -11.1bp & following levels in short-end Eonia Curve.
