SONIA: The front end of the Sonia curve is little changed in early Friday
morning trade compared to Thursday's close, with a dearth of influencing news
stemming from the UK to direct markets. Looking ahead there is no data or
official speakers scheduled from the UK Friday, so attention will be on US
inflation and retail sales data. MNI PINCH calculate a 43% chance of a rate hike
in May 2018 and for the next BoE rate hike to come at November MPC meeting.
Current levels in short end Sonia:-
* 6-mth +0.1bp at 0.508%
* 9-mth +0.1bp at 0.554%
* 12-mth +0.2bp at 0.6%
* 15-mth unch at 0.635%
