The inventory of apartments in 100......>

CHINA PRESS
CHINA PRESS: The inventory of apartments in 100 cities under monitor was 43,712
square meters as of the end of March, the same inventory level as March 2013,
and dropping 8.7% y/y, reported Economic Information Daily, citing data from
CRIC. The stock-to-sales ratio went down to 10.5 months, compared with 10.6
months in February, suggesting that current inventories will go to zero in 10.5
months if current apartment purchasing levels remain and if there is no new
apartment stock. Apartment purchasing policies will likely to be tightened in
the second quarter, which will help to alleviate the problem of insufficient
inventories, said Yan Yuejin, the director of CRIC.
