AUSSIE BONDS: The main futures contracts operate just off session lows as we
approach the release of Chinese GDP data for Q2.
- A soft cover ratio at the AOFM's latest ACGB offering has added some light
pressure to the space, but the fact that the average yield priced through mid
has helped to limit any post auction losses, as has the inability of the ACGB
that was up for auction to breach the 2.00% yield threshold in subsequent trade.
- YM & XM last trade 1.5 ticks lower on the day, with YM/XM at 48.5 ticks.
- Bills trade 1-2 ticks lower through the reds.
