CHINA: The Ministry of Commerce announced Thursday an interim document to
further regulate Chinese companies' outbound investment, according to the
ministry's website. 
- The ministry listed further specific rules, including requiring Chinese
companies report on their key investment and operation information to relevant
regulators , and requiring other related government bodies submit monthly
summaries to MOFCOM on related approvals and documentation of Chinese companies'
outbound investment. 
- The Ministry said it will continue to improve regulations on outbound
investment and strengthen supervision on companies during and after their
overseas activities.
