RBA: The Reserve Bank of Australia is widely expected to leave the cash rate
unchanged Tuesday, but there may be small tweaks to the statement that could
potentially have an impact on the outlook and even direction of monetary policy.
It's unlikely the RBA will make any change to the guidance, so the most
important part of the statement may be the one on the housing market as this is
where the key downside risk to the economy lies.
