US TSYS SUMMARY: The US TSY curve is trading steady to higher this morning with
the yield on the 10Y benchmark 0.5bp higher at 2.375%. There was a sharp fall in
the Dec-17 10Y Bund contract this morning on the back of long end European
government supply. However, it appears that this move did not transfer into the
Treasury markets much.  
- The 2Y yield is trading at 1.616%, the 10Y yield at 2.375% and the 30Y at
2.2.863%. The US yield curve hasn`t changed much.
- In the space of economic announcements in the US there is the Initial Jobless
claims and at 1230GMT. Markets awaiting President Trump`s announcement of the
new Fed Chair. It is widely tipped that the Trump will choose Jerome Powell as
the next Fed Chair replacing Janet Yellen.
