GOLD
GOLD: The yellow metal continued its recent ebb lower in Asia-Pac hours,
although the broader defensive feel to the session has allowed a correction from
worst levels, with spot last $2/oz softer at $1,680/oz.
- From a technical perspective, spot made a brief showing below some near term
support levels before retracing, and hasn't been able to make a run at
$1,640.9/oz, the April 8 low & key support level.
