GOLD: The yellow metal opened in Asia at $1274.93 and has since traded
marginally higher. The bullion traded between $1274.33-$1277.75 in Asia and is
seen at $1276.90. The move higher this morning in Europe appears to be a partial
recovery from the sharp move lower from Friday. There were rumors that big
sellers out of the middle east was the possible reason for the drop in the
precious metal.
