EURO-STERLING: Touched Gbp0.8900, as rate reacted to general sterling weakness
in early European trade, the pound extending losses seen in Asia. Political
concerns cited as the driver, greeting a market that had seen decent sterling
gains late Friday with some of those long positions feeling the pressure into
this week. A break of Gbp0.8900 to open a move toward Gbp0.8915/25. Rate
currently trades back at Gbp0.8892 following initial rejection from the figure.
Cable has edged backa bove $1.3100 after touching a low of $1.3092.
