US TSYS SUMMARY: Treasuries are little changed Tuesday, and continuing to seek
direction ahead of the holiday weekend.
- Jun 10-Yr futures (TY) down 1.5/32 at 123-3.5 (L: 123-00.5 / H: 123-06.5),
with a bit of risk-on as equities up slightly (S&P E-minis up 0.3%).
- Curves a little steeper: 3M10Y flat at 14.5bps, but 2Y10Y, 2Y30Y, 5Y30Y each
up 0.3-0.5bps in the early going.
- Eurodollar futures strip seeing some slight bear steepening, with Whites/Reds
anchored and Blues/Golds down 1-1.5 ticks.
- Not much reaction in overnight session after Boston Fed's Rosengren commented
that economy is doing 'quite well'.
- Dallas Fed's Kaplan speaks in New Mexico at 1400ET.
- Industrial production data for March (0915ET) is the main focal point.
