well off early O/N low of 106.63 at 107.02 currently); equities rebounding after
cautionary profit taking/squaring late Mon (emini +27.5, 2646.5); gold little
higher (XAU +0.91, 1337.26); West Texas crude spikes on recent headlines that
Saudi's "SIGNAL AMBITION FOR $80 OIL PRICE" bbg, WTI +1.27, 64.69.
- Asia, Tsy opened steady to late Mon lvls, traded lower as China's Xi mollified
trade wart anxieties somewhat, better risk-on selling, macro fund selling 3s,
prop selling 3s and 5s, bank portfolio selling 10s.
- London, sideways trade near lows on the open, Tsy spiked briefly on Bbg
headline that US rejected "China offer to cut trade deficit by $50B". 
- Swaps, spds running mildly mixed (+/-0.38 across curve), light flow includes
bank portfolio paying in 5s and 10s earlier. Eurodollar futures, trading
modestly weaker, lower half of range, EDM8 seeing mild selling w/3M LIBOR set
+0.0017 to 2.3390% (+0.0016/wk)
