The recent sell-off has slowed a little Friday, but the outlook has deteriorated having shown below the 139-00 handle. Thursday marked five consecutive sessions of lower lows for Treasuries, with key support giving way at 139-08, Jul 28 low - opening 138-23+. Last week, markets had trouble topping congestion resistance at 140-13 on three occasions, and this marks a key level for bulls going forward.
