Treasuries traded sharply higher last week and a bullish theme is intact. Monday's gains reinforce the current bullish condition. Note that MA studies are in a bull-mode position too and the recent breach of 111-01, Jun 14 high, confirmed a resumption of the uptrend. Scope is seen for 115-17, a Fibonacci projection. Initial support is 112-21, Friday’s intraday low. The contract has pulled back from yesterday’s high, the move lower is considered corrective.
