UK 10 Yield falls short of the US NFP low.

  • Gilt has found some resistance just short of the 95.43 gap, printed a 95.42 high.
  • Gilt/Bund spread is still testing initial small support at 159.95bps, and below the latter would see 156.17bps, followed by 150.06bps, the September low, and the lowest print since May.
  • For Gilt, in terms of Technical, above the gap, opens to 95.66 High Oct 12 and a key resistance.
  • BUT in Yield terms, the UK 10yr Yield has already printed its lowest level since the 25th September on NFP day, at 4.271%.

Today reference 95.31:

  • 4.271% = 95.52.
  • 4.212% = 96.13 (September low).
  • 4.145% = 96.82 (July low).
