US Average Retail Gasoline Prices Up 0.1% & Diesel Down 1%

US retail gasoline prices rose to $3.388/gal and diesel prices fell to $3.826/gal in the week to July 12, according to Bloomberg citing the EIA.

  • This reflects an 0.1% weekly rise for gasoline prices and a 1% weekly fall for diesel prices.
  • The largest rise in gasoline prices came on the US Gulf Coast, up 0.8% to $3.097/gal.
  • The largest fall in diesel prices came in the Midwest, down 1.5% to $3.745/gal.
