  • Job changers: 4.6% in Aug vs 5.0% in July for its lowest since Jul 2021.
  • Job stayers: 4.7% in Aug vs 4.5% in July.
  • It’s the first time that wage growth for those not changing jobs has exceeded that of job changers since Oct 2018.
