NORTH KOREA: US National Security Advisor Robert O'Brien has stated that the
White House is "keeping a close eye" on speculation that NK leader Kim Jong-un
is in poor health. 
- Given the closed nature of the country and the difficulty of obtaining
credible news out of North Korea, there is no way to confirm or deny the
speculation. 
- Daily NK, a site founded by NK defectors, cited an an said Kim "recently
underwent heart surgery and continues to recuperate from the procedure at a
villa outside of Pyongyang."
- South Korea's presidential office has said that Kim appears to be fulfilling
his usual duties.
