US: US risk assets given a very minor boost on the news that the House passes
the tempoary funding bill and it will now be sent to the Senate.

- Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell intimated earlier in the day that he
was planning for a potential shutdown. McConnell has previously made is clear
that he does not support attaching immigration legislation to the spending bill.

Senate, meaning it would need support from 13 Democrats and 4 GOP Senators have
already voiced opposition.
