US Stock Futures Look to Test Week's Lows Ahead of NY Open

  • Equities returning lower headed into the NY crossover, with the e-mini S&P now within 15 points of yesterday's lows. A break below here re-exposes next support at 4443.55, the 61.8% retracement of the Oct 1 - Nov 22 rally.
  • European indices falling in sympathy, extending the days losses to put the EuroStoxx50 lower by close to 2%.
  • Risk-off move similarly evident in fixed income markets, with Bund futures rallying to pressure 10y yields through -0.363%, the yield low posted on September 10th.
  • Next resistance for Bund futures crosses at 172.95, the 76.4% retracement of the Aug - Nov sell-off.
