US: US Treasuries traders said they are nervously watching the snow fall thick
and fast in New York City, and heavier in the suburbs as the East Coast gets
blanketed with snow. 
- One trader said his decision on when/if to leave Manhattan early will be a
"game-time" decision as he said he heard Metro North train service had already
cancelled some trains, so he was waiting to hear if others affected to
Connecticut. 
- So far New Jersey transit is not halting any buses
(http://www.njtransit.com/sa/sa_servlet.srv?hdnPageAction=TravelAlertsTo ) but
hearing that snow conditions are rough in some New Jersey suburbs. - New York's
JFK Airport meanwhile has "temporarily suspended" slights amid "strong winds and
whiteout conditions," said Bloomberg. AP cited FlightAware saying that some
3,200 flights have been canceled within, into or out of the US on Thursday. 
- Various New York City ferries have been suspended which are run by the city.
