US TSYS
US TSYS: US Tsys have operated in a tight range with the long end of the curve
edging higher, resulting in modest curve flattening in Asia-Pacific hours.
- News that US President Trump has postponed the steel tariff decision for the
EU & other allies did little to stir Tsys, although T-Notes printed fresh
marginal session lows on the headlines.
- Eyes remained pinned on Wednesday's FOMC MonPol decision & Friday's NFP
release, with the ISM manufacturing PMI due on Tuesday.
- T-Notes last at 119.17, US 10-Year yields last at 2.951%.
- The Eurodollar strip has operated in a limited manner, with the white and red
contracts 0.5 to 1.5 ticks lower than settlement.
