US TSYS: US tsys slightly higher in Asia-Pac trade after bottoming out shortly
before the close in the US. TYZ7 last up 1+ ticks at 126.16. 
- Reports just out that North Korea threatens to sink Japan using nukes have had
little effect on safe haven assets. The report from KCNA, the Korean news
agency, quotes a statement from the Korea Asia-Pac Peace Committee and says that
"Japan is no longer needed to exist near us."
- The coincides with NBC reports that North Korea was observed "moving mobile
missile launchers & preparing hard sites in last 48 hours, per 3 U.S. senior
military officials." And the International Business Times said that the North
Korea Punggye-ri nuclear site saw new signs of activity, satellite images
reveal."
