USD Bonds See Second Day of Gains, 5Y CDS Holds Below 440

  • Local & USD rates remain unchanged this morning, having traded mixed in yesterday's mostly risk-off session in the EM rates space.
  • TurkGBs closed softer on the day with 5 & 10Y tenors slipping -12bp & 7bp respectively while the remainder of the curve was little changed.
  • Meanwhile, USD bonds fared better, ending -1-3.3bp bull steeper in the 2-5Y portion of the curve.
  • Turkey's 5Y CDS stalled slightly in yesterday's session – holding below 440.
