DOLLAR-CANADA: USD/CAD last sits at C$1.3261, a handful of pips higher on the
day, after dropping 11 pips Wednesday. 
- Yesterday, WTI gyrated upon the release of DOE data, which indicated that U.S.
drillers pumped a record 11.9 barrels/day last week, gasoline stockpiles climbed
twice as much as exp., while Saudi Arabia cut its oil exports to the U.S.
However, crude closed slightly higher, as Russian Dep Energy Minister Sorokin
announced that his country will meet the targets for limiting crude output by
April. 
- Canadian FinMin Morneau spoke in Asia-Pac hours saying that he has no
expectation of "difficult times " in Canada's growth. 
- Bears look for a break below C$1.3235, where the rate bottomed yesterday,
before challenging the C$1.3200 figure. Meanwhile, bulls need a break above the
cloud top at C$1.3277 before shifting focus to yesterday's high at C$1.3284. 
- Canadian CPI is due to hit on Friday.
