USD/JPY hovered either side of Y110.00...>

DOLLAR-YEN
DOLLAR-YEN: USD/JPY hovered either side of Y110.00 overnight after the JPY
recovered some poise on the back of Thursday's sell off in US equities, as the
pair closed back below the 200-dma.
- The broader risk tone continues to drive the pair, although it is interesting
to note that the pair's correlation with US 10-Year Tsy yields has moved to the
lowest level observed since February of last year.
- The pair shrugged off a virtually in-line set of Japanese CPI data.
- Bears continue to eye the key support area at Y109.55/50 (Jun19 low, 50%
Y108.11-110.90). Resistance is noted at Y110.35/40 (Hourly resistance).
