DOLLAR-CANADA: USDCAD hasn't been able to consolidate below the 1% volatility
band at 1.2749 as of yet.
- The warmer NAFTA rhetoric added further downside impetus to the USDCAD cross
overnight, however, the failure to hold below the aforementioned level & some
pressure on the commodity currencies in general has led to a retracement in the
cross, which last trades at 1.2772, virtually unchanged from yesterday's close.
- Canadian trade data is due this afternoon.
