KOREAN WON
KOREAN WON: USDKRW has recovered much of its earlier losses despite still being
down 0.2% on the day, as the won is showing weakness against a number of
currencies.
- KRWJPY has hit a wall ahead of the Dec 25 lows acting as resistance. A close
below 9.70 would shift the focus back to the downside.
- CNHKRW is testing the key 164 level and a close above here would point to a
bullish reversal following months of consolidation.
- EURKRW is also looking promising with key resistance at 1290 coming into
focus. Above here would trigger an inverse head and shoulders pattern.
