US TSYS/30Y: Well the 30-year bond auction proved a bit soggy, but now it has a
profit: 30Y WI is at 2.785%, vs. 2.790% auction rate. The market is stabilizing
after mild post-auction redistribution sales, and draw in some cautious dip
buying here. 
- The 10-year note auction is potentially about to turn a profit too: its WI 10Y
is at 2.181%, shd it go below 2.180% yield, the auction will have a profit.
