YPF AD HOC BONDHOLDERS REJECT LATEST AMMENDED DEBT OFFER

Earlier Bloomberg reported:

  • After initially indicating that Jan. 25 was the last day to amend its debt exchange offer, YPF announced what it refers to as a "rebalancing." The company is now offering a cash portion of $283 for every $1,000 -- up from $157 -- of principal tendered for its March notes.

It appears this offer has been rejected in an emailed statement.
