Treasuries have extended the recent corrective bounce. The underlying outlook remains bearish though following this week's initial sell-off. The break lower Monday resulted in a move through 137-20+, Nov 4 low negating the Nov 4 reversal signal - a bullish engulfing candle. This confirmed a resumption of the downtrend since early August and maintains the bearish price sequence of lower lows and lower highs. Resistance is at 138-12+.
