Bund futures traded to a fresh trend high yesterday confirming a resumption of the downtrend that started Nov1. Key support has been defined at 170.31, Nov 24 low. All retracement levels of the Aug - Nov sell-off have been cleared signalling scope for an extension towards 173.54 next, the Aug 31 high. Initial support is seen at 171.63, Dec 1 low. A break of 170.31 is required to reverse the trend.
