Treasury futures traded toward the top end of the recent range into the Tuesday close, working against the bearish threat as attention remains on support at 132-25+, Aug 26 low and 132-21+, Aug 11 low. A move below the latter support would strengthen a bearish case and signal potential for a deeper pullback and a stronger reversal. For bulls, the resistance to watch is unchanged at 134-00+, Aug 17 high. A break would open 134-26+, Aug 4 high.
