Pockets of screen buying in TY futures has helped underpin the post-Aussie labour market report rally in recent dealing, with TYH3 last +0-05 at 112-06+, operating at the recently registered session high (0-09 range in play at present). Cash Tsys are 1.0-2.5bp richer as the curve bull steepens. Macro headline flow has seen some cautious comments out of China re: the fiscal situation in the country, although the topics discussed (including targeted areas for support) have largely gone over old ground.
