International oil companies operating in Iraqi Kurdistan represented by APIKUR have not been approached about the Iraq-Tukey pipeline re-opening despite apparent renewed efforts to restart flows.

  • The group said to Reuters its members had not been invited to recent meetings, but the discussions were “potentially a positive step”.
