- President Boric’s administration has announced several measures to improve productivity in Chile, according to an emailed statement on Friday. The government has a goal of increasing Chile’s productivity, measured as the country’s output over the cost of inputs such as labor and capital, by 1.5% per year. (BBG)

- A bill that will streamline the process to approve investments
- Expanding programs for training in digital skills
- Allow the state to invest in venture capital funds
- Elimination of notarial procedures
- Digitalization of foreign trade and logistics processes
- Increasing competition in domestic shipping
- Subsidies to hire women and younger people
