BUNDS: German fixed income futures have edged higher in Asia-Pacific hours, with
Bunds re-testing their post-settlement Tuesday highs.
- Schatz +0.020, Bobls +0.120, Bunds +0.33.
- Bunds picked up with Tsys late on Tuesday, after a relatively flat session,
outside of some flows observed in the European morning.
- 0.2% continues to present technical resistance for Bunds, in yield terms.
- Solid demand for the first 10-Year Greek bond offering in the post-bailout era
supported the peripheral space on Tuesday, as did better than expected services
PMI/GDP data out of Italy (although the latter still wasn't enough to ward off a
technical recession).
- The EZ docket is empty today, with focus on the rhetoric employed at
tomorrow's ECB MonPol decision.
