UK DATA: UK House Prices Record Weakest Growth Since Sept 2012
-UK July House Price Index +0.7% y/y vs +1.4% in June
-UK July London HPI -1.4% y/y following -1.4% y/y in June

House price inflation weakened substantially in July, with London 
prices continuing to fall. London prices have not recorded an annual 
increase for the past 18 months, falling by a cumulative 4.9% from their 
peak in July 2017. London prices have not endured such a long stretch of 
weakness since the financial crisis, when prices plunged by 17.8% 
between January 2009 and April 2009.
