AUSSIE BONDS: 10-Year cash yields printed a fresh record low this morning as
ACGBs played catch up to the moves seen overnight. Broader risk-off flows
provided support to the space during SFE hours.
- YM last +2.5 ticks, with XM +5.0 ticks. YM/XM at 44.5 ticks and the cash
equivalent at 42.5bp.
- Bills sit 1 tick lower to 3 ticks higher through the reds. RBA repo operations
saw A$1.335bn worth of 41-Day repo operations dealt at an average of 1.502%. OIS
now price two full RBA cuts for November of this year.
- The space shrugged off the latest round of CBA PMIs, as it usually does.
- Global themes will likely dominate the space for the reminder of the week,
with participants eying details on the new ACGB June 2031 line in tomorrow's
weekly AOFM issuance announcement.
