FED: A few of the more interesting comments by StL Fed Pres Bullard on CNBC:
- Q: Why haven't announced formal QE program? Have you thought about yield curve
control? A: Current environment not one where you have sensitivity to Fed rate
policy as you would in a normal environment, won't get back to that until H2
2020, at that point can discuss forward guidance.
- 13(3) programs 'exceptionally powerful', want to use those programs
effectively. The Fed has moved into the areas that make most sense for now, but
could do more.
- Some of these programs will be reversed after pandemic goes away, but Fed
going to have larger balance sheets than we did pre-2007. 
- "So far so good" on restoring market functioning through Fed's measures
- Unemployment rate could exceed 20%, "no reason why" can't drop to single
digits by year-end (says today's -20mln ADP numbers are no surprise)
