US: Ahead of the NY crossover, US equity futures sit in the red and have already
showed below yesterday's lows, suggesting the major US indices will erase
yesterday's gains at the open today. The USD index trades broadly after being
capped at the week's best levels during the Asia session and retreating back to
the middle of the week's range. This hasn't helped buoy commodities prices,
however, with WTI and Brent crude futures both lower by over 1% apiece Thursday,
helping underpin the US 10y yield above the 2.70% mark.
