Atlanta Fed: Sticky-Price CPI

The Atlanta Fed's sticky-price consumer price index (CPI), gained 4.7% in March compared to 6.8% gain in February, YoY +6.6%.

"On a core basis (excluding food and energy), the sticky-price index increased 4.5 percent (annualized) in March, and its 12-month percent change was 6.5 percent.

The flexible cut of the CPI—a weighted basket of items that change price relatively frequently—decreased 9.6 percent (annualized) in March and is up 1.6 percent on a year-over-year basis."
