AUSSIE BONDS: Bond futures consolidated Wednesday's SFE leg higher on SYCOM. YM
last trades +1.0 tick, with XM -0.5 tick. YM/XM trades at 42.75, with the cash
equivalent at 44.1bp.
- 10-Year yields continue to operate sub 2.00%, with the 3-Year yield operating
a mere ~2.0bp above the RBA's cash rate.
- Bills trade 1-3 ticks higher through the reds. 3-Month BBSW fixed ~1.7bp lower
today, while RBA repo ops saw A$900mn worth of 18-day ops dealt at an average of
2.042%, with A$736mn worth of 34-day ops dealt at an average of 2.032%.
- Focus today will fall on roll activity and Chinese activity data.
