AUSSIE BONDS: Bond futures legged to fresh session lows on SYCOM in line with
Tsys and have ticked lower in SFE dealing. A fresh push higher in NZ swap rates,
to recent highs across the curve post-RBNZ, added some pressure from across the
Tasman.
- The domestic 3-/10-Year cash yield differential last deals at 64.5bp, 1.1bp
flatter on the day, while the 10-Year AU/U.S. 10-Year yield spread trades at
~-47.0bp.
- Bills trade unchanged to 5 ticks lower last.
- Focus on tomorrow's RBA SoMP & AOFM weekly issuance plans.
