BRENT TECHS: (F19) Rallies Continue To Look Weak

*RES 2: $72.71 - 200-dma 
*RES 1: $70.00 - Down trendline resistance

*SUP 1: $60.76 - Low March 1 
*SUP 2: $59.45 - Low Feb 14 
*SUP 3: $55.00 - Up trendline support from 2016 lows 
*SUP 4: $50.00 - Support Jan-18 
While Brent futures remain above Tuesday's low the bounce has lacked impulse
keeping the focus squarely on the downside, with the March 1 low coming in at
$60.76 ahead of the ytd lows seen on Feb 14 at $59.45. Below here brings up
trendline support from the 2016 lows into focus which comes in at $55. Bulls
need to reclaim the $70 level to break above down trendline resistance, opening
the 200-dma at $72.71. Above here would suggest a bullish reversal.
