EGBS: Bunds are softening in the past half an hour, mostly in response to some
decent paying in the EUR swap market and a 9600 FVZ7 block trade about half an
hour ago.
- Note that the 2-10Y German spread had flattened 6bp to 109bp since the Reuters
article about a nine months extension to QE and in the past minutes the curve
has pulled back 1bp to 110bp.
- Tomorrow, Germany sells a small-sized E1bln of Bund 2048.
