US: Busy day ahead in D.C. Main event is at 1100ET/1600GMT when Fed Chair Powell

testifies before Joint Economic Committee on the economic outlook.

- This is his 1st appearance before JEC; not like semi-annual Congressional

testimony in which text is media embargoed for release 1.5 hours before the

Chair speaks. This time, we understand text will be published when event begins.

- In past JEC appearances, Fed chairs have taken questions from committee

members, so despite Q&A not being explicitly announced, would assume same today.

- Q&A may prove be more interesting than the text, esp since October FOMC is so

fresh and Fed probably happy with market pricing rate hold through 2020.
