Canadian Finance Minister Says Energy Exports Restrictions a Last Resort: Dow Jones

  • Dominic LeBlanc told the CBC that federal officials would opt for a measured response to any tariffs that US President Trump would choose to apply to Canadian imports, starting as early as Saturday.
