China’s Crude Storage Capacity Utilisation Flat on Week

China’s crude storage capacity utilisation rate was largely flat on the week to Dec. 13, down just 0.05 percentage points to 56.6%, according to OilChem.

  • China’s crude oil and bitumen mixtures storage capacity utilisation averaged 59.01%, up 0.13 percentage points on the week and down 1.17 percentage points on the year.
  • Crude oil storage capacity utilisation rates among Shandong independent refineries averaged 46.4%, down 0.61 percentage points on the week.
